Brady Cushman is the founder of Tech Help Team, an American IT services company based in Middle Tennessee. He helps small and medium-sized businesses make technology more dependable, less frustrating, and better aligned with the work they do every day.

His background combines enterprise IT experience with hands-on support and project leadership. As a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Brady brings structure and follow-through to everything from everyday technology improvements to larger IT projects. He believes good IT service starts with listening, building trust, and explaining things in plain English.

Brady founded Tech Help Team to give local businesses a technology partner who understands both the technical details and the business behind them. Whether a company needs reliable IT support, help coordinating vendors, or senior technology guidance without hiring a full-time IT executive, his approach is practical: understand the need, set clear expectations, and follow through.
